President and co-founder, Edward N. Sailer, CHMM, LEP, is a veteran environmental consultant with more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Since 1993 he has also been the president of Sailer Environmental, Inc., acting as the manager for hundreds of environmental projects throughout the United States, from Fortune 100 Companies to individuals. David Watson

Vice President, Co-Founder

Vice President and co-founder, David S. Watson has extensive experience in software development and serves as the company’s technology architect. He owned and operated a diversified web development company with over 150 clients prior to which he practiced as a civil/environmental engineering consultant for over 20 years.

William Spencer

Counsel, Co-Founder

William Spencer is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in commercial law, regulatory matters and permitting issues. He has served as counsel and General Counsel to numerous companies, including international manufacturers, and is currently in private practice specializing in environmental law.
